Built in the 1600s, this building served as the seat of the Spanish government in the New World for a long, long time. That is until George Washington got hungry for a breakfast burrito and declared war against Davy Crockett. Or something like that. (Remember, I studied English in college, not history.)

Anyway, this building is very important . . .
