Raquel Hicks at Linderhof Palace
in Germany Linderhof Palace in southwest Bavaria is the smallest of the three palaces built by Ludwig II. Of course, small is a relative term. This palace was big enough to have a grotto where opera singers used to perform on an underground lake that was lit with electricity. Ludwig lived here for the last several years of his life before he drowned in Lake Starnberg on June 13, 1886. His death still remains a mystery to this day. Unfortunately, I don’t have an alibi for that evening, so if the cops ask, I was with you. |
